Consultation
This design consultation is a 60 minute site visit (local) or video call to help you get started with any problem areas within your home or business. We can discuss any floor plan or spatial concerns, finish material selections, cabinet and fireplace designs or anything else you can think of. The design consultation is led by the client, giving you the opportunity to bring up any issues or areas that you need guidance on. Provide any photos or info of existing space and Michelle will do a quick review before your appointment. This consultation is great for homeowners who are not sure where to begin or need confirmation on specific areas of their project.

Floor Plan Review
This virtual 60 min floor plan review session focuses on floor plan design. Instead of waiting for construction issues to arise, it is preferable to improve the designed plans by identifying any potential challenges and proposing solutions during the initial planning phase. Prior to our session, Michelle will review your plans, identifying any problem areas and prepare redline notes and an overlay sketch of possible solutions that you can later take to your architect or contractor. Any details that will enhance value and style to maximize the functionality and aesthetic of your home will also be included. During your virtual session, all of these notes and overlay sketches will be discussed.
This service aims to assist clients who are unsure that their space is being utilized properly. However, it is important to note that the service does not include the creation of new floor plan drawings.
Investment:
Partial Plan Review (no more than 3 adjoining rooms): $350
Full Plan Review (new builds & whole house remodels): $525
Designer by Your Side
10 Hour Session (virtually, local or combination of both)
Need help in certain areas? This service is for a 10 hour block of time. These hours can be used for professional help and advice whenever you need it. Whether creating floor plan layout options, elevations, quick validation questions, concept boards, hard finish selection or sourcing furniture, we will work together to bring your vision to life. This can also be used for a kitchen or bathroom remodel if you need a professional to guide you along the way without the commitment to full service design. You choose how you want to collaborate on a schedule that works best for you. Additional hours can be added later if needed.
Investment: $850
